Problems with Adobe premier !!

today  I finished capturing all the footage , however when i tried to begin editing the footage the program repeatedly quit unexpectedly. THis was a problem which i reported to the teacher who then forwarded to problem to the ICT technician who will hopefully be able to resolve the issue



I tried to find out what the problem was myself and i came across a website which told me the following:





I will return to the media suite at the end of the day to see whether the problem has ben fixed
